A large Porsche crest, translated into a dimensional metal piece. The familiar emblem takes on a new presence through cut surfaces, contrast and shadow.
From drawing to object
The project photographs trace the emblem from a digital cutting layout to individual metal elements and the assembled piece.
Details at a different scale
Open spaces and layered surfaces give the crest depth, letting light and shadow become part of the finished work.
